Paul started in the construction industry in 1988, joining MALA Electrical in 1993 as a young Electrical Estimator.
Paul left the business in 2002 and later re-joined the business as Pre Contracts Director in 2015.
Paul is a Sports fanatic and attends many prestigious sporting events and is also known for his love of Theatre Productions.
